Background

When I Started: Dec 2008
HOW I STARTED:

I have been struggling with my weight's up and down all my life. But I am not quitting! I will achieve my dream to walk onto a Fitness/Figure stage! I am starting OVER, I deleted all the past progress pics because they only reminded me that I have been failing...not only because of my poor will power with food but also because of injuries.

WHY I LOVE IT:

Lifting and cardio is not the problem for me, I LOVE it, its the FOOD and EATING! I have a hard time refusing food!!! I think God forgot to install a limiter in my stomach...I can eat and eat and eat and eat....Good thing I have Steve Poynters plan on hand now to get me through...:)

Beastess MODE on full throttle! So I started back in full time training September 12th...injury free! And with the help of Stevep78 I have seen nothing but fantastic and amazing changes happening to my body since then. 10 weeks and muscles and strength are coming back! More than I expected!!! I wanted to do the fitnesspoynter psychotic fat destruction plan and complete it only to get back to my pre injury state and I have surpassed that by 10 fold!!! And i am not even completed the plan yet! I am stronger now than I have EVER been in my entire life!!! upper body strength was my weakest

I have discovered that I am becoming stupider with age...ack! some of the things I do...man, what a dough head...live and learn right?


We learn from our mistakes. Can I stop injuring myself pleaaaase?


The good news for today is that i can bend over to almost a 90 degree angle where as 4 days ago I couldn't even do a 45 degree bend without pain. Things are healing! YAY!


I am dressed and ready for the gym but I haven't managed to get my arse in the car yet? Fat girl is hanging around and looking at my fat bloated self in the mirror today made me go...
