Review: This product contains pretty much everything you need in a for a great post-workout shake(creatine, bcaa’s, carbs, calories and protein). I will be reviewing the choc flavor. Here is my honest review. Taste(9/10)- One thing I noticed about IA protein powders are that they are very thick in consistency.
