After returning from the Arnold Classic on Sunday night, I have gained a renewed sense of intensity. Meeting my idol Jay Cutler was the highlight of the weekend, Arnold's sense of humor and Marcus Haley's kickass posing routine also made my highlight reel. From the time I wake up in the morning...

Yeah, ON vanilla ice cream flavor does suck, but I just use it when I can add something to it!! I have since swtiched to the chocolate, but now I will have to try cookies 'n cream!! Have you tried the rocky road one yet?? Lookin' great, btw!! :)

Hey thanks for the blog comment. I am not doing squats because I did injure my lower back. I did try front squats a couple weeks ago; I knew they don't put so much strain on my lower back. However, the next day I was in pain. So I am not pushing my luck. I am going to check out your profile now.
