I realized i had good genetics to start with, a good platform to build off of, and have been skinny as hell all my life. I took weight training at cabrillo one semester and ever since i can't imagine my day without it.
Why I Love It:
I get to push myself, release energy, knowing that i'm tired because i've worked my muscles and not cus i've sat around all day. All the people i've met working out are awesomely nice, i like when i can lift more weight than the day before. I think being sore is one of my greatest rewards, then eating to replenish what i've ripped.
How I Stay Motivated:
Working out, being active, and staying fit are the only really important things to me right now. Motivationally i eat better now, making sure that i have protein, carbs, fiber and all that good stuff, eating several small meals a day. I'm not much of a mathematical or analytical thinker, so drowning myself in workout methods and good eating habits and ways to build muscle makes my day. I know that if i don't workout i'll feel crappy, and that working out to me is an accomplishment.
BB Accomplishments:
I've realized that there is more to it then bicep curls and pull ups. I only recently started squatting and working on my back. I'd say my biggest accomplishment is my confidence in the way i look.

Well, if you are going for pecs with large volume, do more than bench press. Good that you are doing incl and declined PB but also do that with the cable cross on a high weight like 90kg's and also use the free weights and do flyes.. are u doing all of that already? write bk.
Well, you'll hear bad things about pretty much anything from people. Some people say it messes up their stomachs, so they're probably not going to like it. I don't have problems with it. If I did, I wouldn't use it. Diet is 1.5g of protein per Lb. minimum and lots of veggies like broccoli/asparagus when cutting. Still like to eat things like eggs and steak though, think it helps keep the testosterone levels up.
