How I Started:
I started training in July 2007 because I am doing a personal training course and want to look as good as I possibly can. I stopped training in December 2007 and picked it up again in June 2008 ( and yes, lost all my muscle and definition and put on about 5% bf), not good!!
Why I Love It:
It gives me energy and makes me feel great for the rest of the day.
How I Stay Motivated:
That elusive six pack......

Nearly getting a six pack, doing unassisted pull ups and..... still waiting for the rest to come

When I first joined the gym december14
I look very soft and my bodyfat is about 22%. I have no muscle definition at all!
I have been eating a lot of junk this month and drinking A LOT every weekend so it's my own fault the abs have disappeared
