This is me, last year. I was 170 with 16% body fat in this pic, taking creatine and heavy into powerlifting. And, for some reason, I thought I was fat. Go Figure.
Well here it is, the bane of my existence, my lower body. I guess in the picture I dont look horrible (well, pics dont jiggle lol) but definitely a lot of room for improvement!!!
I want to not only lose this last bit of baby belly, but tone everything up so I can finally see all this great muscle I have!
Goal (Long):
I want to add muscle to my back, arms and shoulders to help balance out my lower body, as well as dropping my body fat to around 12-14% so I can finally have a 6-pack!
For cardio i mainly walk on the treadmill for about 45 minutes. the speed varys between 3.5 -4.0 with incline of about 4. Plus i live up 3 flights of stairs with no elevator, and carrying my son and a diaper bag majority of the time!lol-
Thanks for your advice!! Yeah I'm going to work on in home activity. Right now I've gotta get packing for a move on the weekend but after that no excuses! Haha! Good luck to you!
