How I Started:
I come from a family that is very in to fitness and leading a healthy lifestyle. It has always been something that has surrounded me and been a huge interest/past time to me.
Why I Love It:
I love how it is my time. No one but me, and what I push myself to do. Also, the feeling I have after finishing a great workout!
How I Stay Motivated:
I want to be the best I can be, aswell as look my best, and show my two boys, 2 months and 5 years old, how to have a fit and healthy lifestyle, and have them be proud of their mom! I also stay motivated by reading fitness magazines. Oxygen is my favorite. And seeing other beautiful, dedicated people showing that this is their lifestyle.
