HOW I STARTED:

Running just wasn't doing it. I wanted to be strong, lean, and fierce!

WHY I LOVE IT:

I just love the sheer intensity of it! You can lay it all out in the gym and then go about your day as if you didn't just deadlift twice your weight.

dixieland1204 i can definately agree with that. i have squats today which always suck on fridays but gotta get them done. i train my girlfriend in the mornings and i have trained her for 6 weeks now and she is the only person that squats in the WHOLE gym... sad Apr 23, 2010 6:22am
