Its all about eating clean baby
Right now, I'm going to school for nutritional sciences. I know, perfect major right?! I always KNEW how to eat right, but never actually DID it myself. Until September of this year. It was, by far, the hardest thing I've ever had to do. I challenged myself every single day. I was eating 5-6 meals a day of plain chicken, veggies, rice cakes, brown rice, salads with balsamic dressing, salmon, protein powder, and sweet potatoes. Nothing more, nothing less. This is my show diet. My trainer entered me into a show without my knowledge only four weeks before the date. I freaked and didn't have a cheat meal for four weeks straight. And usually I'm the girl who eating dessert for all meals of the day. Proud to say I'm not that way anymore, but if I said it was easy, I would be lying.

Supplements, when taken correctly, have VERY positive impacts on my progress!
Currently for a pre-workout, I am taking N.O.-XPLODE2.0 and I have nothing but wonderful things to say about it. First things first, I LOVE the blue raspberry flavor. The two things that benefit me the most that N.O. provides is focus and pump. I am able to put up more weight and I am in an overall better mood when I take this pre-workout supplement.
