Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): Start again! Drop another 20 pounds to reach final goal weight. Renew my love for fitness. PHASE II
Goal (Long): I was never known as the athlete growing up. I excelled in swimming and diving but never took it to my full potential. I became an "intellectual" who abused drugs, smoked cigarettes and drank. I was skinny but not healthy. I never felt in touch with myself physically and that brought me even further from fitness. In the year of 2007, I decided to change. I knew I was this amazing woman, smart and talented in my chosen career but I felt so trapped in this body. I quit smoking and joined a gym. Unfortunately, I promptly gained 30 lbs! I kept going to the gym because although I was heavier I felt better. I could breathe again and I started to enjoy my workouts. Little by little I gained more knowledge about the gym and more recently hired a personal trainer. I have been with my trainer since Sept. 2007 and have lost 20 lbs. and 8% body fat. I am strong and am starting to see true muscle definition. I love lifting weights and am completely committed to this lifestyle. My goal weight is 135.
