I have neglected myself and my body for the last 2 1/2 years and decided that it is time to focus on ME for a change! I am ready to gain my confidence back and feel healthier.
Why I Love It:
I feel so much better about myself when I eat healthy and work out. And I look better too!

I'm doing good...I have been doing this for a little less than six months and am over half way to my short term goal of dropping to below 230lbs. Your outfite looks nice...like the red shoes...You work it girl!

Brooke...even with a bad wheel you are 1/3 of the way....keep up that activity and you'll still get there...the diet portion is the major player in all this anyway.
