When I Started:
How I Started:	I used to be content with just dieting all the time in an attempt to stay thin, now I am more interested in becoming toned and having defintion.
Why I Love It:	Well, I really got no props for being thin b/c there are too many girls who don't even have to worry about their diets to look the way they do (i.e. high metabolisms.) Owning a hard, toned, and fit body on the other hand isn't acheived that easily, you have to earn it!
How I Stay Motivated:	well, this forum helps a lot!
