Review: I LOVE this shake. After a hard workout I indulge in one scoop blended with water and ice. It tastes like a milkshake if you add some spledna...low carb, pure whey isolated protien, no lactose, CHOCOLATE...ughhghghh it is the bestesesesetttt.
