Hard core training and very careful eating habits allowed me to maintain a very lean 110lb body for two years...after much turmoil and injuries I fear that I have run my body in to the ground...I feel resistant to all attack plans that worked before...I realize I must rebuild and start over.

All blacked out? I like that-we're on the same page as I'm the same way. Yea, I've slacked the last week-been really busy with school/work.Sadly, I actually have my head shaved now-long story but I'm getting used to it.I guess the reason some guys are scared off is because they're intimidated.
