kind of a random question. Does being so muscular get in the way of your martial arts at times? In terms of range of motion? My trainings been good. As of now im trying to bulk up and doing minimal cardio . As soon as school starts though ill switch my workout to more explosive and sprinting related stuff.

yaar I've learned my lesson about heavy squats I pulled my lower back as I leaned to forward , no more heavy squats for me ill focus on more moderate weights now. Luckily, the lower back injury hasn't affected me in track season that much. Brandon
