How I Started:
My dad had always been an athelete . Before he was a runner but now in recent years hes taken up body building and went from 130 pounds to 185 pounds with 9% bodyfat. It was amazing seeing the transformation. Also seeing all the other teens in teenbodybuilding .com motivated me.
Why I Love It:
Its great seeing yourself change and having the ability to sculpt yourself. People also don't try to get in fights with buff ppl. :P
How I Stay Motivated:
I see my dad everyday and i go to teenbodybuilding.com to see the way other teen had changed.

Haha yeah i was a noob like that also, i use to train biceps at the gym and then they diddnt seem any bigger so before i went out for the night i would pump my home dumbells lol.
Sets of 12/5/5/5/15 on basic full body exercises at your age. Eat what you want within reason. Learn PERFECT form and never sacrefice form for weight in anything whare your back is not supported! I would start with bench press, deadlift, squat, powerclean and press, power clean, LOTS of abb mork so you do not develope a muscle imbalance and sciatic nerve problems later in life as i have.
