Hey man! You can definitely use the Cellmass before you work out but most people who use creatine take it after their work out. Creatine works really well either way you just want to make sure you are taking in about 10 grams a day. Dont go over 10 grams or else you will be wasting your money. What other supplements are you taking man?

It wont hurt to take it before but it is meant as a post workout supplemnet. Some of the ingreients suggest recovery. Creatine is used both before and after working out. There are other creatine products such as NO Explode or Hypershock that are pre workout supplements.
