Well as you can see by my progress pics I haven't stayed that motivated. I have been shoving all kinds of holiday goodies down. Hopefully I'll be back on track in a few weeks.

I have finally been going regularly enough to say it's time to really get going. Vacation is finished and I have no more excuses. I am at 18% bodyfat according to the calipers, goodgawd thats horrible. So, I have been eating clean for the past week and now it's time to start with the cardio....
Well I tried a new cardio workout today called the bodyweight 500. I found it on youtube and thought it looked like a good workout, once again I proved myself correct. It is a bodyweight workout of a total of 500 reps. The goal is to lower your workout time each session. It definately worked me...
I hope you didn't mean that I'm in the top 12% of those we see at the mall! Either way, again, you're doing solid work. A great example to your family. Any of them join you in the garage under the iron? I gather that's where this pic comes from. Keep at it. Stay healthy.
No man, this is my brothers baby. I am just a very proud uncle. I think I got at least 5 years before I'll start having any of my own but you never know.
slowly but surely :) I did a half marathon in June and working on getting ready for a full marathon in October. Not doing too badly at frequency of training, but sure need to improve on the length of the training walks. I get bored easily these days. LOL
Thanks! :) Now I have to focus on gaining some muscle! Sunday i actually lifted weights for the first time in WELL over 1 month. The change of pace was nice.
