So far, so good. Also this week I was... Go to BodyBlog
Doing research on nutrition for acid reflux, GERD, etc. is utterly frustrating. Each article I read seems to contradict the last. I now have lists of foods that some say are good to eat while others say to avoid. After all is said and done I still have to simply decide for myself. Today, while recovering from being sick for yet another weekend, I am feeling myself out to see what my pummeled guts are willing to consider working with. I figure that's what my diet should be going forward.... Go to BodyBlog
