My Workout Program
Starting over with a couple of Bodybuilding.com training programs as a guide. Nutrition is Priority One this time. I usually focus on training because i enjoy that part most, but I realize that what I eat - and what I avoid eating - is probably more important, especially at my age.
Let's see what I manage to do this time.
