I joined the Boston Sports Clubs in September 2008 and I've been going almost every day since. I've got a cool personal trainer who kicks my ass twice a week. I've always been the skinny guy at 6'1" and 170 pounds and it's time to finally change that.
Why I Love It:
I love the zone I'm in when I'm working out. I love getting stronger and being able to lift more weight. And I love seeing the results of my muscle gain although I have a long way to go.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by knowing that my goal is definitely reachable because it's in my genes. My father was 6" and 240 pounds of muscle at his peak and all of the other guys in my family are big. Seeing the transformations that others have made is motivating as well.
BB Accomplishments:
Not much yet. Just gaining size in each of my muscle groups and being able to lift more weight than I could 4 months ago.

The last time I was weighed in November, I was 173 pounds. Since then I've been lifting like a madman and taking supplements like crazy. 4 months later and I weigh 167 pounds now. This sucks, I was hoping for at least 180. I lost about 1.5% body fat but I figured I'd put on more weight...

42 yrs old here. Been working out off an on for about 6 - 7 yrs now. Got back into it and looking for serious aind in muscle mass and fitness!
