How I Started:
Started weight lifting when I got my first set of weights when I was 12, been in love with it ever since, Once I got into high school lifting became more of a priority for sports, then I received a scholarship to play football and the more lifting techniques I learned the more my body began to grow and develop and I got addicted to it.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because to achieve a body that garners respect from other people you have to accept a lifestyle that is much more difficult then most are willing to commit to.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because the last thing I want to do is be like everyone else, and anymore in our society overweight and out of shape people are the norm, I want to be the exception, I want to be in the small percentile of people in this country that hold themselves to a higher standard physically and to improve on that every single day.
