How I Started:
I looked in a mirror one day and was disgusted with what I saw, so I decided I wanted to change. I started eating yogurt and running a mile daily. Little changes but it started a chain of changes that continue to improve.
Why I Love It:
It gives me a level of confidence that I've never had before.

Bodyspace! Also seeing my results always gives me an extra drive.
