Supplements are a key ingredient to transform your body weather its to lose or put on weight there a must!
The supplements i start off with is an all whey all max protein then about a half hour later for my pre work out drink i slam back n.o explode 2.0 to get the blood pumpin, then when it all said and done i finish my post workout with 2 scoops of cell tech creatine and BCAA's for a recovery. although this is my main supplment stack now when there all out ill change up all my supplements just to add to the cunfusion part because i beleive not only do you need to change up ur workouts but ur supplements too sometimes your body just gets used to certain ones and never hurts to switch it up!
