So, I've currently been off my cutting diet for roughly 5 weeks. I put on 4lbs in that time and 1/2" on my chest. I have slowly raised my carbs from 200 to 300 in 25g increments over the past 4 weeks. I'm having a hard time finding maintenance calories. I plan to clean bulk at roughly...
