Get into the best shape ever! I've always been a chubby "athletic" kid. I wasnt obese or anything but i always had a belly. Regardless of all that i still played dodge ball, did cart wheels, and played basketball. I've always hated my body..i ended up taking on the body shape of my dad's side of the family = [ not good! they are completely opposite of my mother's side with women who have small waist, round butts, and nice hips. I ended up with the broad shoulders, slim hips, and flat butt. of course dad's side didnt mind because they are all boys (6 brothers). Any who my plans are to make my body do what i want it to do. like daddy says "some are born with it and some have to work for it".
I'm loving my new training program! I just really need to get my nutrition and cardio to its max. I can't get myself to run in the morning but when i do get on i don't want to get off and burn almost 400 cals. like a nut job lol. I just have to be dedicated. I will be posting my end of week...
I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you are proving that with hard work and dedication it can be. I look forward to watching your continuing progress. Keep believing & achieving.
yea when u really decide u dont want to be fat anymore, not saying youre fat im sayin this is what hppened to me, youll get rel fed up and be committed and **** wht ur friends say at that pt lol but yea i only et meat and vegetables and protein shakes.
yea college is not the place to diet. especilly if u dont wanna be a hermit. but i just had to get everyone incolved and let them know i was serious bout what i was doin now my friends wont let me chet. everybody at school knows me as the fitness girl
i go to u of h. main campus. but yea i didnt see much results for months cause i couldnt get the diet right. now that i actually have it i am seeing good results. its the hardest part. you just gotta keep tryin. cause its pretty weak that an inanimate object such as food controls our lives so much we cant NOT eat something to make ourselves look and feel better. its sad really. just think about that next time=] it helped me
hey thnks so much girl! good job gettin on the site i know youll do greaat thiongs! hows training coming so far? if you need any help or advice let me know especially when it comes to diet
Congratulations on making the decision to get fit. Always believe in yourself and challenge yourself to be the best that you can be. Combine a good nutrition plan with some form of cardio and weight lifting and you will be amazed at the changes and the speed at which they can occur. I did the Body for Life program, which is for a total of 12 weeks and received amazing results. You may want to give it a look-see. Let me know if there is anything that I can do. Stay strong and all the best.
