How I Started:
My boyfriend has been a member of bodybuilding.com for a long time, he was actually the one to turn me onto this. I live a block from the beach in So-Cal and I am sick of wearing a skirt over my bikini. Summer is coming and I want to ditch the cover-ups for good.
Why I Love It:
My boyfriend and I work so much it's hard to spend quality time togeher, so when we go to the gym together it's like a date, wether he is spotting me on a bench, running on the tredmill next to me or letting me drag him to a group yoga class, it's time well spent.
How I Stay Motivated:
I get my hands on as many success stories as possible. I like many girls I'm sure have that small private collection of horrible "fat" pictures of myself. I pull those out every once in a while, it's a good reminder, as well as a scare tactic to get my ass moving.
BB Accomplishments:
So far, just my eating habbits. Honestly I think I eat great. I took a lot of tips from the Abs Diet featured in Mens health. 6 meals a day, lots and lots of protein, little to no junk. I have trimmed a lot of bad eating habbits ranging from, too many sweets, overly large portions and the worst, skipping meals altogether. Stay tuned for my accomplishments yet to come.

I want to make going to the gym a habit, something I truely look forward to. I want to lower my body fat % and build muscle. I'm currently 5'10 and 170 lbs. I need to increase my overall stamina. I have a very physically demanding job, and in order to do it for a substantial length of time I need to be healthy and in top physical shape. I want to be able to keep up with my puppy and give my boyfriend (who is in great shape)someone he can parade around town ;)

I saw you on one of my group invites asking about Hydroxycut. I took the Hardcore but could only handle 1 pill at a time!! You probably know this already but make sure you cycle on and off of the fatburners. They're more effective that way!Good luck to you!
