I wanted to get muscle to look and feel good. But i mostly needed strength and speed for football, baseball, and basketball.
Why I Love It:
It keeps me occupied and its the greatest feeling when i see and feel results.
How I Stay Motivated:
When i take my monthly tests and see how i gain strength and speed, i just want to keep getting better and better. And comments also help.
BB Accomplishments:
Hitting the 300 club for squat and dead lifts. I was also happy with benching 175 the last max out because i went up 20 pounds in one month.
Forum Signature:
Starting offseason training the first week of january, but i lost a lot of strength during the season because i got lazy but from now on i plan on working nonstop.
