roommate took me to the gym a few times. i started learning exercises...came to bodybuilding.com and bam, took off. i was 155 lbs before i started. at the moment i'm 225 lbs. i also was having heart issues and so i decided to start exercising rather than taking drugs (i hate medicine). and now here i am ;). and you look good at your current weight. you could stand to gain a little but looks like you've made hella progress

lol...a year. try not even a month! new years resolutioners tend to work out for about a week and find that it's too hard, hurts too much, or not seeing the benefits in that time frame, and decide to quit before they're required to sign a contract. happens EVERY year. i kind of got addicted to lifting. i was a halloween starter, lol. are you looking to gain more muscle mass or did you just want to gain from being so skinny

try big and speedy v small and speedy. you don't want none of this. of course everyone is cutting for summer! even the people who don't lift are trying to cut for summer! (cut down to i don't know what but that's the new years resolution crap)

thanks man. that was when i was 190 lbs and i cut to 180 over the summer. bulked again this winter and will see how i look after this cut. i think i gained a little too much weight but that's not a problem. learned a lot though and this was my second bulk
