How I Started:
My husband got me into fitness as his family is strickened w/heart disease. I love to workout, and really started getting serious about it when I became certified as a personal trainer in October 2008.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment I get from working out. It makes me feel so much better and I love the endurance and strength I've gained from it!
How I Stay Motivated:
Watching the biggest loser and my husband is a good motivator.
BB Accomplishments:
I love my shoulders and my arms. I had those naturally, but really got definition when I started lifting heavy!

Goal (Long):
to loose 10 pounds of fat and have 14 or lowr bodyfat!
No worries Brittany, 31!!!...ha, I thought you where no older then 25. That is awesome, you must really take care of yourself and have great genetics also. :)
yeah, dieting for a shoot on sunday, so the week is a bit lame, but on the flip side I don't have to worry about bloating for pix :) always a good thing! You have a great week, too!

Hey, B!! How are things with you?? We are closing on a house in Nov and then moving halfway across the country! I'm actually losing weight, thanks to the stress...LOL!!
