ive always liked working out. i used to lift weights when i was mad, a great stress relief/
Why I Love It:
i love lifting weigts. it makes me feel strong, and powerful. I also love the way it makes you look.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by taking one day at a time. I get up knowing i have to make time to get to the gym. it also helps seeing results of your hard work

I will keep looking....the once or twice a day is only cause i am sick...dont have much of an appetite right now, cant really taste anything!! Here i have 5 days off was going to kick my own A** at the gym and so far i have been down and out for 3 most likely 4 tomorrow...frustrating!! I hate being sick!! since i have moved to texas i have been sick alot!!

Too Late on the eating bad thing...good thing its only like once a day i am eating..not much of an appetite!! I know i will get out of it..just looked at a catalog of sexy clothes...yep thats what i want to be wearing...not old frumpy clothes..lol!! Just wish i felt good enough to workout!!

Oh i hear ya...i have had a few stressful things going on back home with my youngest daughter, and sunday to top it off she was in a car accident...thank God she didnt get hurt..but i realized i cant fix everything so i need to just work on me!!
