Well I have almost completed week one of my ketosis diet. I think I have done really well. I have dropped 2 lbs. I am just hoping this weight will stay off. I have my final depletion workout tonight, then I get to eat carbs. You know I really didnt miss them too aweful much. I thinks...
Hey you!! Texas is good, just been working alot is all...I have been doing pretty good on eating, just slacking on the working out part. We will get there dont worry...but i know what u mean about the eating clean thing it can be difficult at times. Gotta run to work...take care..ttyl
Thanks for the add Britta-if you don't own Tosca Reno's 'The Eat Clean Diet' book then I highly recommend it-it is the book that straightened it all out for me-good luck!
I will definitely keep up with the Weight Training...that s my fav!! I hate cardio...even though I'm hyper. My type of cardio is late at night cranking up the music and dancing while no ones around...sweatin it up! lol Thank you so much for being here for me! I'm here for you to sweety..or Hot mama!
I kinda fell off the wagon for awhile, due to a abs injury. But I'm back, it sucks cuz I have to start all over again. I determined to get there though.
I was always the same way -- ate somewhat healthy....then I'd complain that I always looked the same! As soon as I hit the diet hard - my body started to change. Just make up your mind to do it - plan ahead. You will be amazed how fast it works! I wrote blogs about my diet & have videos at the bottom of my profile page. If you have any other questions, I'd be glad to help & I'd love to hear about your progress :)
Your doing fine, don't get discouraged. I have the same problems with eating. Your habits will slowly change over time. Mine have. Keep at it and don't give up!!
