ive always liked working out. i used to lift weights when i was mad, a great stress relief/
Why I Love It:
i love lifting weigts. it makes me feel strong, and powerful. I also love the way it makes you look.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by taking one day at a time. I get up knowing i have to make time to get to the gym. it also helps seeing results of your hard work

i lost over 50 lbs after having my second child.

so I find myself not eating what i should. Kinda like how i used to be.. I went to bob evans today and had eggs, 1 pancake, sausauge, and some pumpkin bread.. It was good, but now i feel overly full, and I didnt even eat it all.. So i am going to go run it off. I have intentions on eating...

I've been training a bit with them, but only 1 or 2 a week at a friends house. I love them! I'm gaining strength and getting lean using them!
