Workout Program:
I train sunday to friday using a supersetting / giant setting routine of 21 to 28 exercises per session , 4 sets per exercise , 6 reps per set : max weight high speed system. The idea is to burn fat and generate mass heat in the muscle targetted. The routine runs as:

LOL.....I didnt know you dont work.How jealious Iam and good for you. I guess if I had as much free time Id find ways to spend extra time doing things I enjoy also.My job does grind on me and takes away my time .One of the main reasons I set up a gym at home as well as Golds

Jack, Your workout is 36 sets 2:30 hours!I range from 10-14 sets just under 45-50 min. a workout .The last time I was in a gym 2:30 hours was in 1979.My back day also I'll do only 8 sets and 6 sets biceps.Going for 700 DL soon?

Your last comment was great, it's stuck in my head...whenever I'm mid-superset and my head tells me to give up, I think of 'iron warrior, a race apart' and the reps keep comin. Just shows a lot of this is in the mind....

Congrads on the 660 .I read your blog and I didnt really know if you attemped it or not from what you wrote.The heat is working Im not as stiff before I train and Im not as beat up the next day.Lifts are all going up. Even BP Im at 265 for 5 reps now 6 months ago 165 was out of the question.
