How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
20 seconds only - as i superset. We use the method to keep the muscles hot and hurting - builds better strength that way.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Not really into the pro's - too much juicing for my tastes!
Male physique: Dolph Lundgren - he has the right development - its not overkill.
Female physique: Melinda F - a fellow bodybuilder onsite - fantastic development - way better than the pro's.Not really into the pro's - too much juicing for my tastes!

Watching CNN this morning and during the sponsors adverts one for Vestas planet in peril caught my attention about waste recycling and an American city just introducing food scrap waste recyling for composting! Here in Holland the first glass recycling en masse began in the early 1950's and...
I train sunday to friday using a supersetting / giant setting routine of 21 to 28 exercises per session , 4 sets per exercise , 6 reps per set : max weight high speed system. The idea is to burn fat and generate mass heat in the muscle targetted. The routine runs as:

Was hard for a bit. Broke my foot and was not healing. Just got out of the boot last week (@18weeks!) and will need shots, but at least no surgery needed. Started back up slowly and happy to be whole. Glad to hear from ya! Can't wait to see your gains :)
Tough break. Are you getting steroid shots to decrease inflamation in the area? What are they doing to regain the alignment? Are you wearing a brace in order to keep good posture? It really helps immobilizing the area slightly. That way you can still move and you get the benefit of not reinjuring when doing activities. Keep me posted. Hope you heal soon. It is hard to be on the sidelines waiting to jump back in...been there, done that.
Hey, Brit, great to hear from ya! Sorry to hear you are still on the injured list. When are you going in for approval to weight-train? Keep me posted =)
Over here, feeling my age...lol. Sore knees & hips after a hard soccer game (these teens are bigger than me!) & no sleep. It rocked!
That's rough - hurting yourself - glad to hear you were able to start cardio, at least. Bet you are itching to go at the weights again, though?
Things are good in my end of the woods, just lots of work. Hope to get a day shift someday soon (sigh). Would not change my job for the world, though.
Hope time (or at least April) flies in your neck of the woods.

Jack, with success comes the non-believers. Like the poparatzzi you need to deal with it in a HEALTHY whey. Just lift bigger!! Happy New year my friend!
