Currently on a full body high frequency routine.

Incline Press 3 x 10
Rows 3 x 8
Squats 2 x 6, 1 x 15
O.H Press 3 x 8
Bi/Tri Superset 2 x 10

B.
Chins 3 x as many as poss
Dips 3 x as many as poss
Side Laterals 2 x 12
RDL or GHR 3 x 8
Bi/Tri Superset 2 x 10
