How I Started:
Decided that getting closer to 30 that I was not getting any skinnier around the midsection. I always wanted to have a more toned, muscular, and bigger body. Always tired of being the skinny guy and nervous about taking my shirt off.
Why I Love It:
I like the way I feel after I workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the size of my pecs and biceps get bigger.
BB Accomplishments:
I joined a gym today to get more consistent... I have not given up on working out, I just need to do it more than I do......
I took a month off, had to hurt my back some. Then got sick, damn winter. But I started back this weekend. I just did some cardio and ab work to get me started, ease into it some. But I did start my new shake: Cytogainer 900 calorie Chocolate Shake. I need to increase my calories and protein....
