How I Started:
well i was dirtbiking alot until i got a lower back injury.so for now the bike is laid up,and ive decided to do weight training instead,with a goal of gaining strength and size.and to improve my lung health,as i have always had lung problems since i was two.
Why I Love It:
i love the sense of satisfaction it gives me to lift and increase the weight bit by bit,makes you feel good for hours.
How I Stay Motivated:
well several ways,trying to increase the weight or reps each workout,and knowing its all worth while.
i've always wanted to be muscular,at least 90kg with low body fat,a six pack would be great,but not a must have.and also i would like to be able to lift at least 150kg on the bench,and 200 plus kg on the dead lift and my own body weight on the overhead press.
How do? I haven't been training this month. Been getting ready to move house. All my gym equipment is packed away ready for the move. Can't wait to start lifting weights again. How bout yourself?
