I am going to attempt to gain as much muscle as I can in 6 months w/as little body fat as possible.
Goal (Long):
I have employed some general pre/post-workout nutritional strategies to my diet but have never seriously eaten to 'grow'. I have been lifting fairly consistently for 4 years or so and have built a pretty solid 155 pound physique (up from 130 when I started) but since I have never really eaten to 'grow' I have pretty much stayed the same weight. I have, however, gained 5 pounds over the past 6 months in my cutting phase. I am hoping to gain 25 lbs or more of solid muscle in the next 6. I intend to use October-March to eat and train in a way that will maximize my muscle mass. I don't have a specific number I am reaching for weight-wise but I will start by eating 3200 calories a day with approximately 325g in protein, 350g in carbs, and 60g in fat a day.
