I've been a professional in the health and fitness industry a very long time. Being a tomboy as a child and playing on volleyball team in Jr and Sr high as well as track, it just took. I became a certified pro in fitness at age 20, and I have never looked back.
Why I Love It:
Its part of me, I can never stop. It keeps me focused and in tune, not to mention the health benfits it provides as well as the physical benefits in appearance. Plus I have the knowledge, skill, expertise, and experience to help others achieve their fitness goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm always thinking about the PRIZE. I know that the other girls that I compete against are in the gym hitting it hard, so I've gotta do the same, so I JUST DO IT...!! Besides, my clients are a big help everytime I see how well they are progressing. Very Rewarding.

2001/ Pres -- Featured Writer for Bodybuilding.com on Fitness Competition Preparation, Nutrition, and General Fitness
1996 -- Appeared on Entertainment Tonight, Fox Network, ESPN, Ms. Fitness Magazine 95/96
1991 -- Developed and began a personal training and fitness support business
1994/Pres -- Began Competing in Ms. Fitness USA, Fitness America, and NPC Fitness-IFBB Sanctioned for the Ms. Olympia Fitness Competitions.
