I got started in 2003. Off and on through out the years I worked out. Never was serious about it until now.
Why I Love It:
Because you are seeing results everyday. And it makes you become even more motivated.
How I Stay Motivated:
By talking with other bodybuilders and eating every 3-4 hours. I love the protein shakes I take.
BB Accomplishments:
biceps, triceps, legs and chest feel different the most.
