Started working with weights and HUR machines again today (6/20/07). Here is a rundown:
Seated Abdominal Curls: One warm up set, then 3x8@30lbs
Pelvic Tilt: 3x18
Leg Adductor: One warm up set, then 3x8@30lbs
Leg Abductor: One warm up set, then 3x8@30lbs
Leg Press: One warm up set, then 3x8@85lbs
Leg Curl: One warm up set, then 3x8@30lbs
Leg Extension: One warm up set, then 3x8@18lbs
Body Extension: One warm up set, then 3x8@60lbs
Back Extension: One warm up set, then 3x8@50lbs
Bicep Curl: One warm up set, then 3x8@12lbs
Triceps Kickback: One warm up set, then 3x8@10lbs
Lateral Deltoid Raise: One warm up set, then 3x8@5lbs
Inclined Chest Flys: One warm up set, then 3x8@5lbs
Rotator Cuff: 3x8@3lbs
I know I need to add more upper body stuff but I am feeling out the shoulder right now. I will also add calf raises. |
