How I Started:
I worked out a lot during high school, college, and in my early 20's, but I have not exercised regularly over the past ten years and boy does it show! It's time to get back on track and set a good example of healthy living for my daughter.
Why I Love It:
I love feeling the strength of my body. I like that feeling of tenderness the next day which reminds me that my muscles are getting stronger.
First day of the transformation...I've got a lot of work to do. Somewhere underneath 60+ lbs. of fat is the body I had 15 years ago and the goal is to find it! Here we go.
I have read on several different blogs and forum posts where people say they don't have time to eat 5-6 times a day or that there is no way that they could eat that often at work. What blows me away about this is that there are plenty of people out there who manage to take their fifteen...
Started working with weights and HUR machines again today (6/20/07). Here is a rundown:
