Lose 10 lbs of fat by New Year's so I can rock it at a NYE party!
Goal (Long):
I'm a reformed fat kid who has fallen in love with fitness over the years. I've lost 50 lbs from listening to my body and choosing foods high in vitamins, fiber, and water. A few things have allowed me to stray from my goals, but I'm looking to get back on-track, especially since I do promo modeling as a second job.
Long-term goal: Maintain muscle mass while dropping to (and maintaining) a weight of 110-115 lbs and a 25" waist.
Short-term goal: Lose 10 lbs of fat by New Year's 2010.
Marzia is my number one fitness inspiration because she's honest with the work and energy needed to achieve fitness goals and she's absolutely gorgeous. I aspire to be like her. Thank you, Marzia! :)
