2-3 sets of power moves then 1-2 finishing
ie:barbell curls,ez-bar curls,alt. db curls,alt hammer curls
then:spider curls,concentration curls

same as above
ie:close grip decline bench press,skull crushers/press,2arm db raise behind neck,triceps pulldown/pull overs
then: cable kick-backs

So I've altered my routine the last few weeks because this time of the year is crazy busy with coaching my daughters softball tournaments. I've only been hitting the weights 3 X a week, and doing abs & cardio a couple days a week as well. I've still been seeing crazy results! Plus...

well i am for sure trying NOT to gain..but the scale doesnt seem to like me right now..and i have upped my workouts especially cardio this past week..so if i could just get my diet under control i would be doing good..that is awesome u r doing so well!!
