CADGuy My transformation is still ongoing and I have been mixing it up a bit to break the cycle like instead of losing, I have been bulking and using creatine and the such. Still trying to find the killer combination and trusting my trainer. I am done with comps for now as either I can't stick to the plan or fall short from where I want to be.
