Background
I had been working out on a pretty consistent basis since July 2011, but did not have a clear plan on hw to attain my goals..I read up on training, nutrition, study my OXYGEN magazines religiously and got started on eating clean..Loved many Oxygen girls, Including Jamie Eason, found her LiveFit trainer..and here we are!
