Wow, amazing transformation. I'm starting my Beach Body series myself on Jan 1st. First Power 90, then Chalene Extreme, and finally P90X. You look younger and healthier...Great Job :).

I lost a couple of more lbs this week...can't complain. I hope to be at my goal by early September 2010. Just need to get through these Holidays!!!!! How are things with you? I hope that you are having a great week :).

Good luck on your goal :)! I have the same goal, to weigh 150 lbs. (I'm 5'11) by May 25, 2010. We can do this. Congrats on your weight loss thus far.

You are exactly where I want to be in about 7-8 months. I'm 5'11 and have 75 lbs to lose to get to 150 lbs, so it's nice to have a general idea of where I will be...but of course every "body" is different. Thanks for the inspiration :)

Thanks for asking. My week has been ok...not 100%. I need to get into the grove of working out again, but at least I have a interval cardio and weight plan. Also, eating 5-6 meals a day is a HUGE adjustment. I have a mean sweet tooth, so I will be happy when my craving go away. But I'm determined!!!! Hope you are having a great week.

Have you done an advance search on the boards. If you put in female and specify the height (I usually put in 5'9-6'0) there are several "active" women that come up who compete. Weight range is as low as 127lbs to 170 lbs.

It's only been a few days but I am feeling great after I work out. I think my body is responding well to HIIT...being shocked with something slightly different for me. I've also began lifting a little heavier. particularly for my back and legs. So hopefully with these slight changes my progress will be more steady. Thanks for checking in and I hope that you have a great weekend also :)

The work-outs are going ok. I changed to running HIIT's on the treadmill instead of doing the eliptical like I genrally do. I hope to see some more progress that way. But otherwise...doing well. I hope that your training is progressing in the right direction and that you are enjoying your weekend. It's foggy and gloomy in my neck of the woods :)

The 4th was lovely...hope you had a great time. Corn on the cob and grilled portabello mushrooms...doesn't get better than that :> I'm keeping it pushing...15 lbs down!
