1st day of diet
Here I am in all of my "210 lb" glory. This is a horrible pic, however, I wanted to be honest with myself. Hopefully through some of your suggestions come my Hawaii trip the end of October I will be doing this swim suit some justice. Keep you posted!!!!!  199 lbs. It's been a little over a month and I've lost 11 lbs...49 to go until at goal weight. I can't tell that I've had a loss by the pics, however, some of my clothes are fitting better.

Goals:
Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): lose fat and have a long, lean, curvy body for life!!!
Goal (Long): Growing up I have always had a healthy weight. By the time I finished high school and through out undergrad I was between 155-160 lbs. However, when I finished graduate school I was more like 175 lbs. Being 5'11, I didn't look "horrible" but I wish I would have stopped the maddness then. So 8 years later here I am at 210 lbs. My goal is to be 150 lbs, compete in a local figure competition, and to feel comfortable laying on a beach in my bikini while my boyfriend surfs.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 60 lb

That does sound good! I'm jealous. My family is full of meat and potatoe people. While I love my meat I have grown to really appreciate the flavors a variety of vegetables add to each meal.
