lose fat and have a long, lean, curvy body for life!!!
Goal (Long):
Growing up I have always had a healthy weight. By the time I finished high school and through out undergrad I was between 155-160 lbs. However, when I finished graduate school I was more like 175 lbs. Being 5'11, I didn't look "horrible" but I wish I would have stopped the maddness then. So 10 years later here I am at 232 lbs. My goal is to be 150 lbs, compete in a local figure competition, and to feel comfortable laying on a beach in my bikini while my boyfriend surfs.
I just started yesterday but I wanted to post what I am generally eating (with one cheat meal on Saturday nights) to see if I am on the right track. This diet is for weight loss, as I have 82 lbs I want to lose. I eat about 1500 calories a day with this plan. Any suggections are...
We can do this!!! I have looked at so many different inspirational stories on here and it's amazing how shaped some of these have become after being 200 pounds which is where I am :o( Good luck!!
Determination, Patience and Discipline are everything hon. I am feeling a lil better today, im going to do weights this aft. I want back into the zone so bad! Stay strong and you will be a a hot rockin goddess (even more so then now!)
I wanted to ask you how training was going. I managed to get an aggressive cold that sidelined me until today. Back to it tomorrow. I did a swim today and kept my wieght up this week!
Lol I'm same way, I love sweets and fast food but during the week I'm great, wkend gets hard but oh well... Have to live alittle sometimes lol. Getting on a program and routine is most important and you'll def reach your goals, put the work in babe and you'll get it :) any plans for the wkend?
I was the tallest woman in the competition. That is empowering. I have alot of practice and improvement. being tall makes you stand out more. So work it girl.
You are quite welcome. Thank you in return for accepting my friend invite. Much success to you in accomplishing all your life and fitness goals. Take care and enjoy the rest of your week.
