amber3478 I'm sorry to hear that. Challenges like this can be a great learning experience and help to open your mind to new training you never would think to do before! You will find success! Training is going very well. Switching up my training from heavy to higher reps every other week. My body has been responding very well to this. I'm always up for something new too. Equistr What's your estimated recovery time? I broke my wrist in two as a teenager and was out for 4 months from horseback riding. I hope you heal quickly! Utilize what you can and do upper body or one legged squats. Don't get down, woop this injuries ass! Nov 20, 2011 11:10am

LaurenDanielle It always seems like a good idea to make poor food choices after some drinks.. like it "doesn't count" because at that point you really don't care and its worth it..but NOT once you wake up!!
