Think I am getting a cold

September 18 was such a good day for me. I went into the gym and I did 50 mins of cardio on elliptical machine. I was so in the zone. It was my rest day but I decided to do something else other than staying at home. I had a good Cardio music set for 1 hours and I was ready to rock and I did. Progress wise I am hitting my targets for my own realistic expectation and I must say that the 12 week fat loss program , of which I am in my 2 week today, is going well.
