Philosophy
My Workout Philosophy View My Full Workout Philosophy
I am more-or-less a traditional bodybuilder with the training day splits, worksets and training log book.
I build in variation among the "structure" using a systmatic approach to achieve balance and symmetry...I tend more toward low impact cardio because of knee arthritis...and I also am a big advocate of HIIT interval training

Track me and all my meals (with Pics) on midailydiet.com. It is like Facebook for eating! While using this tool, I have never eaten cleaner!
My Supplement Philosophy View My Full Supplement Philosophy
I tend toward the time-tested supplements
Creatine monohydrate at 10 g per day: I don't really see any reason to cycle this.
L-Glutamine at 5 g per day
Whey protein
Casein protein
Essential Fatty Acids
A cocktail of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants including those for liver health support

Success motivates me...failure motivates me even more.
