light to moderate lifting and running. realized it was time to get started.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i close my eyes, relax, and visualize what i need to prepare.
How has bodybuilding and fitness helped and/or changed your family life?
i use bodybuilding to relieve stress so i am much more relaxed every evening.
