How I Started:
My dad got me a weight set from a yard sale when I was about 15 yrs old. I got hooked on it from there.
At age of 21 I got married & pretty much stopped working out alltogether. But when I was about 24 I bought the Arnold Body Building Encyclopedia & read it cover to cover. That book really motivated me over the next few years to get back in shape...

When my kid comes up to me & pats my stomach like I'm pregnant. lol
So I'm at the gym doin' a shoulder workout in front of the dumbell rack (I ain't gonna lie, I was at the end, where the 20's & 25's r at). Anyways, I'm right in the middle of my set & this trainer comes right up next to me & is stairing at me. Like 2 feet...

Friday: Legs
Saturday: Arms
Sunday: Off

going pretty good actually! Been averaging 4 days at the gym a week and diet is going pretty good. Just need to keep my hand out of the cookie jar!! lol
Brian you can do it be patience. I was pushing between 245-250 bro. Take a look at me now. I weight 183 lbs. now. Starts in the kitchen and a good work out program. Best of luck.
Dude how's everything going? staying in shape? Dude I've been loading up on carbs, it hit me bad. Um at 180 and 15.5 Body fat. I can't beleive it. On the bright side I can Lift a lot more. ttyl
Thanks man! You hit the nail on the head with your blog! This website is great, wish it was around 10 years ago. I've never really been a take a notebook to the gym kind of guy, so the workout tracker is great for monitoring progress and changing up routines! Best of luck to you!
HeyBrian! I guess the stache got old. The workouts are going pretty well and the weather is getting nicer now so I can finally jog outdoors (it aint Cali here!). I'll stay away from the fast food for the week if you do too! Take care!
